Misc Updates:

1. Swimming pool area, club house and deck were pressure washed.
2. New table umbrellas installed for the pool deck.
3. Doggie stations are checked weekly for trash and bags. If you ever see a station in need of service, please contact us ASAP.
4. The county has installed a walk/running path around Bellegrove.
5. The Management Team has been working hard to work with owners that are not servicing their yard. Violation warnings and fines have been sent out. Thank you to the owners’ sending pics and calling us.
6. The Clubhouse is available for rentals. Just download the App and bring it to the office.
7. A new flagpole and flag were installed in front of the clubhouse. Donated by Eli & Anat Waknine. We will be installing a light to the flagpole shortly.
8. The fountains are a very important part to the ponds. They are not for decoration, but to keep the water moving. There are two down at this time and the repair company has been waiting for parts for two months. We are hoping they are repaired soon.

10. New hand towel dispensers and toilet paper holders were installed in both bathrooms at the clubhouse.
