The 2023 Annual Meeting did not meet a Quorum 01/13/24.  So, another attempt to hold the 2023 Annual Meeting will be:

at 10 AM

at the Pool Clubhouse

Bellegrove POA

Enclosed below you will find the Nomination BIO Form.  If you are interested to serve on the Board of Directors please complete and return by the due date on the form.  There are two(2) seats open.

ROOF DAMAGE AND REPLACEMENTS: If you received a violation of needed roof repairs or replacement from the POA. This means we have inspected the Bellegrove POA homes and your roof was found to be in violation of the Master Deed and Bylaws. We have received numerous phone calls about this. Also, thank you to the owners that have already did the repairs or replacements. We do understand that this is an expensive task. The Board of Directors have decided to stop all violation fines at this time. The Board of Directors will discuss this matter at the Annual Meeting to be enforced again starting in February 2024.
